Pre-registration is not compulsory if you participate as a part of the audience; when you come to the conference, you can register at the registration office and print your badge. If you register in advance, you can get your name badge from the registration office when you come to the conference.If you want to be a presenter, pre-registration must be done.

If you want to be a presenter, the conference fee is 500 TL (for Turkish citizens) ; if you want to have auditor registration , it is 200 TL (for Turkish citizens). For Non-Turkish citizens the conference fee is 20€/ 20$ for auditor registration and 35 € for presenter registration. Virtual participation is only possible for participants outside Turkey. In case of multiple applications, an additional fee (100 TL/ 10€/10 $) for each application is requested.Conference fee includes participation in all sessions, conference pack, online proceedings book, online certificate of presentation/attendance and social events (Gökgöl Cave and Fener Tour).
