The abstracts and/or full texts of the participants who want to have their abstracts published will be published in the proceedings booklet, which will be published online after the conference. Participants who want to have their papers published in full text in the journals mentioned below should apply to these journals with their full texts by October 1, 2023 at the latest. Applications should be made on the websites of these journals (like any standard application). The submitted texts will be subjected to blind review and only the papers approved by the journal criteria and the referee's opinions will be published as full text in these journals. Authors are required to indicate in the notes to the editor that their text is a text presented at the SCOFOLA'23 conference.
